Customer Service Representative - Pipeline

Amico Corporation is a fast-growing global company and leading manufacturer of Medical Equipment, located in Richmond Hill, Ontario.  We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join the team.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone calls and emails
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction by quick responsiveness and anticipating customer needs
  • Order processing and invoicing customers
  • Updating orders with quote or project changes
  • Coordinating deliveries to ensure on-time delivery within budget
  • Validating pricing, products and shipping
  • Handling multiple projects at one time
Qualifications:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Quick learner who is detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Works well under pressure, and be able to meet critical deadlines
  • Ability to manage and facilitate numerous projects
  • Works well both independently and as part of a team
  • Skilled in using Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with SAP or any other ERP system is an asset but not required
  • Qualified candidate must possess post-secondary education /high school diploma or equivalent
