Primary Responsibilities:
Enter project information and purchase orders into work order system.
Process customer invoices.
Coordinate project shipments with logistics company for all projects.
Enter order details into work order system and collaborate with project managers and production team on shipping coordination.
Manage parts orders with clients and maintain strong customer relationships.
Update work order system and Smartsheet with accurate project information on a daily basis.
Work closely with Accounting team to ensure timely invoicing and credit application responses, preventing project delays.
Job Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across various departments.
Proficiency in Excel and Adobe product.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and logical thinker.
Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Strong relationship management skills with customers, distributors, and co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Secondary education in Business Administration or Accounting is an asset.
Experience with Spire is an asset.
