- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in an estimating or related field.
- Experience reviewing AutoCAD drawings and providing feedback to design teams (AutoCAD experience is an asset but not required).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess costs, materials, and timelines for projects.
- Effective team management skills, including mentorship and performance oversight.
- Collaboration with project managers, designers, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates.
- Other duties as assigned.
