Project Coordinator & Estimator

Would you like to work for a global company that is dedicated to personal career growth? Amico Corporation is a leading manufacturer of Medical Equipment with 9 manufacturing facilities. Our Amico Lights team is currently looking for a Project Coordinator & Estimator to join our growing team

What you will do as an Project Coordinator & Estimator: 
  • Post sale customer interaction.
  • Oversee projects from Initiation Phase to Closure Phase
  • Get thorough understanding of Amico product lines and assist internal team when required
  • Working directly with sales, production and customer service.
  • Handling multiple Orders at one time.
  • Creating submittal packages to release order to production.
  • Follow up with customer to determine status of Submittal information.
  • Assist Sales with Quotation & Estimating process, updating quotes with product changes.
  • Maintain customer relations through excellent customer service.
  • Prepare changes to cost estimates and extras.
  • Coordinate in-house orders and prepare progress schedules.
  • On-going support for day-to-day orders activities.
  • Co-ordinate internal meetings and noting Minutes of Meeting as required
  • Coordinate with shipping team to ensure on time delivery 
  • Prepare project-based wiring drawings, ceiling layouts of fixtures using AutoCAD 
  • Any other duties as assigned by Manager

  • Self-motivated, self-dedicated, and result oriented.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Experience working with an ERP – Enterprise Resource Planning software 
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD
