Accounting Clerk – Amico Accessories

Amico Accessories Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined person for an Accounting Clerk Position. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.
Duties Include but are not limited to:
- Matching packing slips with Purchase orders
- Approving and entering Freight & Brokerage invoices into accounting software
- Setting up new customer accounts, following up credit reference checks
- Daily bank deposit
- Collecting payment & preparing weekly A/R reports
- Ordering office and kitchen supplies
- Filing
- Perform other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail
- Must have reliable transportation
- Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Multi-tasking is a MUST
- Able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
- 2+ years of Accounting experience
- Intermediate computer skills are required.
