Amico Accessories Inc. is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined person for an Accounting Clerk Position. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills, and a strong work ethic. Must be fluent in spoken and written English.

Duties Include but are not limited to:
  • Matching packing slips with Purchase orders
  • Approving and entering Freight & Brokerage invoices into accounting software
  • Setting up new customer accounts, following up credit reference checks
  • Daily bank deposit
  • Collecting payment & preparing weekly A/R reports
  • Ordering office and kitchen supplies
  • Filing
  • Perform other duties as required

Qualifications:
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
  • Multi-tasking is a MUST
  • Able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • 2+ years of Accounting experience
  • Intermediate computer skills are required.
