Amico, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, is expanding rapidly in the U.S. and is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow a high-potential territory.
This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with strong prospecting skills and a passion for building relationships within hospitals and acute care facilities.
Manage and grow a U.S. sales territory
Sell Operating Room, ICU, and Acute Care capital equipment to hospitals
Call on hospital executives, clinicians, nurses, surgeons, and materials management
Prospect and close new business while expanding existing accounts
Deliver consultative solutions, presentations, and clinical workflow designs
Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM activity, and post-sale support
2–4 years of B2B sales experience (healthcare sales a plus)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota
Strong cold-calling and presentation skills (virtual & in-person)
Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven
Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.
Healthcare or medical device sales experience is a strong asset
College or university education preferred
Formal professional sales training preferred
