Regional Sales Manager - Clinical Solutions

Job Description:

Amico, a leading manufacturer of medical equipment, is expanding rapidly in the U.S. and is seeking a driven Regional Sales Manager to grow a high-potential territory.

This role is ideal for a hunter-style sales professional with strong prospecting skills and a passion for building relationships within hospitals and acute care facilities.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a U.S. sales territory

  • Sell Operating Room, ICU, and Acute Care capital equipment to hospitals

  • Call on hospital executives, clinicians, nurses, surgeons, and materials management

  • Prospect and close new business while expanding existing accounts

  • Deliver consultative solutions, presentations, and clinical workflow designs

  • Maintain accurate forecasts, CRM activity, and post-sale support

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (healthcare sales a plus)

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota

  • Strong cold-calling and presentation skills (virtual & in-person)

  • Self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven

  • Willingness to travel throughout the U.S.

  • Healthcare or medical device sales experience is a strong asset

  • College or university education preferred

  • Formal professional sales training preferred
