BUYER - Amico Patient Care

Responsibilities will include:
 

• Able to read CAD drawings
• Continually seek opportunities to improve services and reduce costs including freight
• Follow-ups with suppliers for order confirmation and delivery
• Research/Sourcing products
• Issuing Purchase orders and quotes
• Reviewing and Understanding engineering drawings of various products
• Liaise with various departments
• Preparing and executing RFQs/RFPs
• Sourcing vendors, negotiating and finalizing agreements
• Liaise with cross functional teams such as suppliers, production and customer service to ensure goods are available to meet production requirements on time
• Negotiating terms and delivery for lowest total cost

 
Qualifications:
 

• Exceptional English communication and written skills
• Math skills
• SAP is an Asset
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Strong Computer Skills
• Able to multitask
• Organized

Salary Range: $48,000 - $50,000
