As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in supporting our customers and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
- Proactively ensuring customer satisfaction by anticipating and addressing needs
- Processing customer orders and preparing invoices
- Updating and managing orders to reflect project or quote changes
- Coordinating shipments to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveries
- Validating pricing, product selections, and shipping details
- Managing multiple projects with accuracy and efficiency
- 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or order processing role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency in Spanish is an advantage, but not a requirement
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Quick learner with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
- Able to manage competing deadlines and perform under pressure
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is a plus
- High school diploma or post-secondary education
