Manager of Project Services - Amico Patient Care

Join our growing team! Amico Patient Care is currently seeking to fill a Manager of Project Services position within the client services department.


The Manager of Project Services will support the Director of Customer Relations by managing a team of six project managers.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:      
  • A solid understanding of the duties and responsibilities of the PM team as laid out in the job description.
  • Oversee daily activity of PM Team. Ensure the team is performing as expected and address any deficiencies as required.
  • Monitor daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide appropriate updates/follow-up/feedback to the team
  • The ability to step in and handle various responsibilities of the team when required
  • Ensure the team is following company policies
  • Schedule/approve time-off for the PM team
  • Monitor and evaluate current processes and productivity of PM Team
  • Have a strong knowledge/understanding of current products and processes. Provide guidance and support to team members to work through challenging situations and resolve escalated issues from the CS team
  • Recruitment, Training & Development of the PM Team
  • Conduct annual performance reviews for the PM team 
  • Communicate with the Director of Customer Relations on an on-going basis including scheduled weekly check-in meetings to review updates with the team/issues/processes/etc. 
Job Requirements:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively interact with a variety of individuals and functions throughout the company
  • Computer Proficiency with MS Office Applications
  • Ability to read simple CAD drawings
  • Must be logical with a strong attention to detail
  • Must have strong organization and time management skills
  • Must have a strong ability to manage relationships with customers, distributors and co-workers to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Must have the ability to handle difficult/crucial conversations with employees and peers
  • Strong analytical skills, and proficient in the use of statistical tools in problem solving
  • Self-motivated and excited by the prospect of working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment
  • Must have leadership skills with the drive to teach, develop and mentor other members of the team 
Experience/Education: 
  • Highschool Diploma
  • Minimum 5+ years of management experience leading a team of 5 or more employees
  • A strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
  • Previous experience in providing support to a sales team
  • Secondary education (specifically in business/administration) is an asset
  • Experience with SAP is an asset

Salary: $80,000 -$90,000 + Benefits
