Due to our rapid expansion and global demand, the Amico Group of Companies is looking for dynamic and energetic individuals who can excel in a fast-paced environment.
 
Amico Corporation is looking for a self-motivated, dedicated and highly disciplined person for a position as a Jr. Event Administrative Assistant.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, possess good communication skills (fluent in spoken and written English), with a strong work ethic.
 
Qualifications:
  • 2-5 years of Administration experience 
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
  • Event Industry background in coordination is a must
  • Punctuality is a must
  • Inventory management is an asset
  • Ability to lift 20lb in material
  • Able to work in a fast paced and time sensitive environment
  • Problem solving ability and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Intermediate computer skills are required
  • Valid Driving License and automobile
  • Flexibility to work outside business hours on rare occasions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook; Excel, etc.)
  • Project management coordination is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English                                                          

Compensation: Salary + Benefits
