About the Role
As a Quotation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the sales process by preparing accurate, timely quotations and coordinating with internal teams and distribution partners. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely product quotations based on client requirements and technical specifications
- Review purchase orders and submit product data packages for approval
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, engineering, and operations) to ensure quote accuracy and feasibility
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external distribution partners
- Manage multiple quotes and projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Track and follow up on outstanding quotations and orders
- Identify and resolve issues proactively to ensure a smooth quoting and order process
Technical & Tools
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent time management and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
- Professional, client-focused communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Experience in manufacturing, medical equipment, or technical sales support
- Previous experience in quoting, order processing, or inside sales support
