Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating workflow, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000

Position Summary
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing and assembly operations within our facility. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising production staff, ensuring quality standards are met, coordinating workflow, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and assembly operations
- Provide training, guidance, and support to production employees
- Ensure production targets, quality standards, and deadlines are met
- Perform regular quality checks and resolve production issues
- Enforce health and safety procedures
- Support Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages as needed
- Assist with production planning and workflow coordination
- Provide temporary back-fill support for the Production Manager when required
- Previous supervisory experience in manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of assembly processes and production planning
- Understanding of ISO procedures, Bills of Material, and work instructions
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
