RECEPTIONIST

We are currently looking for a receptionist to join our team.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Qualifications:
· High School diploma
· Reception and customer service experience
· Must be fluent in English
· Must be self-motivated and reliable
· Accurate with an attention to detail
· Microsoft Word and Excel skills are an asset.
Salary: $40,000-$42,000
*Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and qualifications.

- Operate Cisco phone system
- Answer approx. 300 calls per day
- Transfer multiple calls at a time
- Maintain call quality by providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner
- Greet all visitors with friendly and welcoming demeanor
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail

· High School diploma
· Reception and customer service experience
· Must be fluent in English
