Salary Range: $45,000 to $48,000

Responsibilities include:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle process from job requisition through offer.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information, job requisitions, and recruitment records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Draft job descriptions and post job opportunities on various platforms.
- Review resumes and conduct phone screening interviews.
- Follow up on the status of the interview process and make recommendations to Hiring Managers.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the Hiring Managers.
- Perform reference checks as applicable.
- Create and maintain accurate confidential employee data records and personnel files in the HRIS.
- Assist with the preparation of onboarding and orientation materials, including training schedules and new-hire packages.
- Maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
- Serves as a liaison with employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations.
- Stay current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policies, and federal and provincial laws regarding employment practices.
- Ensure all employment documentation, including contracts, policies and other HR documentation, is accurate and up to date.
- Respond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and requests.
- Assist in the resolution of a variety of employee-related issues.
- Assist the HR team with any additional tasks and project work, as required.
- Post-secondary education, with an educational focus on HR and/or Recruitment.
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a recruitment role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of employment legislation and regulations.
- Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Outlook, Excel).
- Experience using an ATS, HRIS, job boards, or other recruitment technology.
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task and deal with competing priorities in a timely manner.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
- Ability to recognize and react appropriately to confidential and sensitive situations.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to undertake a multifaceted role.
