We are looking for a Sourcing Coordinator to help us for our growing business. Please reach out to us if you feel you are a good fit to the position.
Job Duties includes:
- Follow up with suppliers for sample order as well as trial run order
- Create sample order and maintain up-to-date data in system at all time
- Liaise with internal stakeholder to ensure sample and trial run order progress as per schedule
- Generate report for sample and trial run order updates
- Assist in R&D project as assigned
- Confers with supervisors to determine progress of work and action plan for R&D projects
- Work experience in manufacturing setting
- Strong product development skill and order follow up experience is required
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in dealing with global supplier on daily follow up and with global logistic concept
- Proficient in MS OUTLOOK, EXCEL, PowerPoint
- Problem-solving and prioritizing skills
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace, deadline driven environment
- Good Communication skill and able to collaborate with various internal stakeholders
- Self-motivated, with Positive Attitude and Good work ethic
- University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- Experience in Metal fabrication is an Asset
- CSCMP or CPIM is an Asset
